How to get the most out of your dispensary visit
Our mission is to improve people’s lives by reframing their relationship with cannabis.
But in these ______ times, our most essential task is keeping everyone in the shop safe – while still providing the resources and care you’d expect from us under “normal” circumstances.
In the pre-COVID-19 days, we could take as much time as needed to make sure you left our store with all your informational needs met. For now, sadly, we have to keep our interactions as brief as possible to limit exposure. But just because we have less facetime doesn’t mean we can’t still answer all the questions you’d normally ask us.
So that’s why we’re revamping our communication channels and writing this post to guide you towards them – so you can get all your Farma questions answered before you come in.
Below are all the different ways you can engage with budtenders and our products, however fits your M/O.

Give us a call at (503) 206-4357. If you’re new to cannabis or are unsure where to start, a consultation with an experienced budtender is a surefire way to get on the right track. We can talk you through our product selection, dosing, tips and tricks, pricing, or even help you navigate our online ordering system.
We can take as much time as we need to, just be prepared to hold for a few seconds if your budtender has to check an I.D. while on the phone.

Looking for resources you don’t see on our website? Prefer to have your cannabis information saved in writing? Just don’t feel like talking? Let’s connect old-school.
We can’t give any medical advice, but we can send you information we’d normally give you in the shop. Plus links to articles, resources, certificates of analysis (COA’s) and organizations relevant to your questions.
